Live-Fire & BBQ Cookery

Jacqueline is a regular demo chef and presenter at festivals such as Smoke and Fire (UK's Biggest BBQ Festival) and South Downs Food Festival.

She cooks using her Big Green Egg with great confidence, as well as open wood fire set ups. From low and slow 'fire cracker' briskets with her signature spicy 'Samba Sauce' and wild garlic dauphinoise to hot smoked chalk stream trout with wild fennel and flambé BBQ strawberries, Jacqueline loves to get really creative.

Jacqueline promises buckets of tasters, terrible food puns and a ton of passion and energy on stage, as she tries to change the world, one stomach at a time!

Oh she can also talk AND cook at the same time... always a winner!

Ethical Cooking for Wellbeing

Jacqueline has a keen interest in cooking to enhance mental and physical health and wellbeing. Having studied mindfulness and experienced first hand the transformative power of cooking whole foods and living more in harmony with nature on her own health, she is proud to have found a good work life balance as a mother of two young girls while running her own business. No easy feat - there have been many learning curves! She loves to inspire others to remove Ultra Processed Food from their diets, cook with seasonal, sustainable and regenerative ingredients.

She has mentored many young chefs over the years, and is proud to have created a highly supportive working environment for her growing team.

She is also a member of Pasture for Life and The Sussex Wildlife Trust.

"We invited Jacqueline to be a regular guest after an inspiring interview for international women’s day. She is always down to earth, knowledgeable and engaging, with great banter and sense of fun"
