Learn to
forage &
cook over fire

Expert in her Field
Chef Jacqueline Wise, offers Live-Fire Cookery, BBQ and Foraging experiences and workshops for groups wanting to re connect nature, themselves and each other, through the shared joy of good food.
Jacqueline advocates regenerative, organic, seasonal and wild ingredients where possible. She believe our planet needs us to understand how to cook and eat in not just a sustainable, but regenerative way - one that sequesters more carbon into the soil than it produces, and supports our own physical and mental health at the same time.

Creative, Ethical Cooking
Jacqueline loves to forage, garden, cook on fire, educate about regenerative food and build a likeminded community of nature-loving foodies who care about their own wellbeing and that of the planet.
Jacqueline is a regular demo chef and presenter at festivals such as Smoke and Fire (UK's Biggest BBQ Festival) and South Downs Food Festival. Jacqueline promises buckets of tasters, terrible food puns and a ton of passion and energy on stage, as she tries to change the world, one stomach at a time!
We are proud members of Pasture for Life and The Sussex Wildlife Trust, and believe in educating about regenerative food practices and sustainable cooking, in an accessible and vibrant way.

Inspiring Change & Connection
As a passionate gardener and hedgerow forager and being based in a costal village, near Chichester, West Sussex, Jacqueline is surrounded by an abundance of fantastic ingredients. This has fostered a passion for hyper-seasonal and organic produce, with a focus on soil health. Her aim is to educate our growing audience about the importance of how we source and cook our meals, reduce food waste, improve our own mental and physical health and the health of the planet, through inspirational and energising food experiences.
Jacqueline works in a selection of inspirational venues across West Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire from glamping sites, to country homes, barns, beaches and woodlands and can create a bespoke experience to suit you.
