Jacqueline will be joining the team at BBQ in Bloom hosted by Slim Rick’s Ltd, a four day celebration dedicated to great BBQ and outdoor cooking and seasonal flowers, inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show.
If you can’t make it to SW3, join us this spring for our very first BBQ in Bloom, a special annual event bringing together exceptional food, beautiful florals and seasonal inspiration.
Enjoy stunning floral displays, edible art installations, live fire seafood cookery, butchery demonstrations, BBQ canapés and tastings, and fascinating talks on pollinators by Stuart and Helen from Leigh Bees.
Our lineup includes:
Live butchery demos and professional BBQ tips from Ben of @benskitchen22 and owner of @thebbqhub2024. Wednesday 20th.
Jacqueline Wise (@jaquelinewisechef), talented private chef, renowned forager and star of stage and screen. Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd.
Darren from @lolulis_charcoal_and_fish, award winning, live fire fish and seafood chef. Saturday 23rd.
Blooms of Thorpe Bay, @bloomsofthorpebay, Southend, creating breath-taking floral installations.
Floral displays and artistic installations by our resident artist.
Leigh Bees, @leigh.bees, offering engaging talks on bees and pollinators, plus bee-related products

Jacqueline is delighted to be the Host & Presenter for the Live-Fire stage at Foodies Festival 2026, the UK's biggest travelling food and music festival! Jacqueline will be travelling across the UK this summer, sharing BBQ cooking tips and cooking up a storm with fellow chefs, food writers and also some celebs!
Come along to watch the demos, pick up expert cooking advice and enjoy a fantastic day celebrating great food.

Jacqueline will be appearing at the Great British Food Festival at the beautiful West Horsley Place in Surrey.
Join her for a live cookery demonstration where she will be sharing her passion for seasonal ingredients, fire cooking and simple techniques that bring incredible flavour to your cooking at home.
The festival is a fantastic day out for food lovers, with artisan producers, street food, live music and inspiring chef demonstrations throughout the day.
