Welcome, introduction to connecting through cookery, the science and theory behind the practice, understanding your body's stress response and using cookery to help relax

Includes recipe journal for each participant, tea, coffee & homemade treats

The ‘chocolate button experiment,’ in the meadow - A mindfulness exercise

1.30pm

Fire cookery tutorial: the basics

2pm

Hands on group cookery class and meal to include delicious local, seasonal, foraged foods and complimentary wine
