"My wife and I attended a wine and steak pairing evening hosted by Jeremy and chef Jacqueline Wise. We learned a great deal in two hours about steak preparation and cookery together with sauces and the wines to pair them with. Jeremy has considerable knowledge of wine. There was a great rapport between Jacqueline and Jeremy and the course was delivered in a charismatic, informative and humorous way. We have no hesitation in recommending this course as a great way to spend an evening and I’m sure we’ll be attending more!"
