From our ultimate brunch lab featuring steak cookery, bloody marys and salted caramel banana bread, to champagne scallops, vegan street food workshops and eye-catching canape design, we believe everyone learns better when having fun. We guarantee a high energy, original and thoroughly memorable food experience, like no other.


We advocate organic and artisan produce, and we are proud of our zero-food waste policy. Our planet needs us to understand how to cook and eat in not just a sustainable, but regenerative way. We don’t pretend to be laden with all the latest kit, high-tech gismos and cookery gadgets, instead we celebrate honest, high quality food, cooked simply and showcased by experts with infectious enthusiasm for all things edible. We want to inspire our students to express themselves through cookery, and believe all the best people love to eat! 


Previously based in classrooms, woodlands and barns across the South, we are delighted to be in residence from November 2020 at The Guildford Institute, a covid secure venue in the heart of Guildford in Surrey. Our HQ is just half an hour train ride from central London, and a few minutes’ walk from the station. 

Our educational food experiences are suitable for groups of up to 12, and observe all social distancing and covid guidelines.

All our educational food experiences offer a combination of hands on cookery, cookery demonstration, and generous tasting samples of all food and drinks. We promise no one will go hungry. Every guest will also receive one of our stylish Positively Delicious, organic cotton aprons, and a take home treat. Hooray!

Luxury a la Francais


Ok so we all love French food, but isn’t it hard to make? Not with our recipes! Let us breakdown the barriers to traditional luxurious French dishes. We will teach you how to show off in the kitchen flambe style. We love a blowtorch! You will roll up your sleeves and get stuck into knife skills and pastry prep, then we serve up tasters and top tips to re-create the ultimate opulent French cuisine at home. Warning: this course contains terrible French accents, wine, and even worse food jokes. You are welcome.

Inspired by our global travels and favourite nomadic nibbles, the vegan and vegetarian friendly dishes in this class pack a punch when it comes to colour and flavour. Each will be made as an ‘Aperitivo’ along with its delicious paired cocktail, and we also include suggestions for sides to enable these super fresh and tasty dishes to feed a crowd for your next fun filled fiesta.

Bubbly Canape Master Class


Foodie first impressions are important, and this is why we are passionate about canapes. Little morsels of deliciousness, lined up oh so perfectly, just ready to pop in your mouth followed by a sip of cold bubbly, yes that is the stuff of celebrations. Count us in. Let us show you how create sensational eye-catching canapes on this course, while keeping the bubbles (with tasting tips) flowing; to help your artistic side of course. Soggy bottoms are strictly banned.

Canape bases such as crostini, brioche toasts, savoury shortbread and scones, toppings smoked fish pate, whipped cheeses, chutney and cured meats, seasonal tarts, perfect pops and dips; steak and bearnaise, chicken and satay sauce, squid and soy, plus sweet canapes – miniature delights.

How much do you charge? £145 (No VAT) Per person, based on a minimum group size of 6.


How do we book? Please EMAIL US to find out available dates and more details. We charge a 25% deposit via bank transfer to book, with remainder due two weeks before the event date.


What if there is another lockdown? We will offer an online zoom cookery experience for your group to the value of the deposit so you can be assured a foodie get together no matter what the next few months have in store.


What about dietary requirements? We can accommodate many dietary requirements, please ask your event advisor for more details.
