Menus & How it Works

Our private chefs for hire and front of house team are carefully selected and trained by Jacqueline. The ingredients we use are ethical, seasonal, sourced locally, and served with passion and flair. We are based in Pagham near Chichester in West Sussex and offer our services across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

Travel within 20-mile radius of Pagham (additonal charges apply outside this area)

A creative and experienced Cordon Bleu Chef trained at Tante Marie Culinary Academy, Jacqueline has worked at Buckingham Palace, The Ritz and Michelin Star restaurants

~

Jacqueline has been on the Radio and Television sharing her knowledge. She won TV Cookery Show 'Win it Cook it' on Channel 4, and also appeared on Masterchef The Professionals.

Jacqueline also runs Kelmsley which caters for Weddings, and Positively Delicious, a nomadic cookery school.
