A Cordon Bleu Chef trained at Tante Marie Culinary Academy, Jacqueline has worked at Buckingham Palace, The Ritz and multiple Michelin Star restaurants. Originally a History graduate working in publishing, she retrained as a chef a decade ago to follow her heart create a business from something she adored - cooking. She loves working with clients to create luxury experiences in the comfort of her clients homes. She personally sources the seasonal ingredients for all her dishes from small farms and local suppliers to guarantee they are all full of flavour and of the highest quality.
Cooking has been Dani's passion since he was 12 years old. Having worked in some of the best kitchens in Spain for 11 years, he has been able to further develop his passion for food and creative flair since becoming a private chef in 2013.
As a Nutritional Consultant, Dani prides himself on creating fresh and healthy dishes that don't compromise on taste. A passionate gardener and member of the Royal Horticultural Society, his home-grown herbs, fruit, flowers and vegetables are a common ingredient in his dishes.
Will has worked as a chef for 10 years, learning to cook at Moro, followed by owning an award winning restaurant in Yorkshire.
In more recent years he was Sous chef at Carousel London collaborating with rotating international guest chefs. He loves cooking honest, simple seasonal food especially over fire.
Personally trained by Jacqueline over the past two years, Chef Dilshan brings his passion for cooking from Sri Lanka where he used to run a surf hostel. Known for his dauphinoise, brownie and BBQ cooking skills among many others, his dedication to Jacqueline's businesses and attentional to detail ensures everything runs smoothly.
With a wealth of experience as a private chef, working high end weddings and in top Chalets, Izzy's passion for good food and cookery never fails to inspire. She is also an award-winning ceramics designer, allotment holder and is always thinking of creative ways to display our food and keep our menus current.
From designing fabulous cocktails for an intimate celebration to leading service teams on our biggest events, David’s many years of experience managing hotels and working in customer service roles means he knows what needs to be done and when. Always looking dapper with impossibly perfect hair, David’s welcoming nature and genuine care for others makes him a very important member of the team.
Husband to Jacqueline, Mike has designed our very fancy excel quoting system. This ensures the quick turnaround of bespoke menus for our clients, which are as competitive as possible. He is King of the risk assessments, and very particular when it comes to making sure all necessary procedures to running a sharp outfit, are carefully followed.
With over a decade of experience in marketing and branding, she runs an agency called Runway that helps businesses
"take off". Working from FTSE100 listed companies to start ups, she creates bespoke campaigns that are tailored to specific business needs and goals. She looks after everything from branding and print to email, PR, website content, and social media.
